Overseas Missions
Crystal Palace Community Church is committed to the Great Commission to take the gospel into the whole world. We have mainly sought to do this through building relationships with ministries in other parts of the world. We have then sought to support them through prayer, ministry and any other practical help the Lord has led us to give. Here are some relationships we are currently developing:
• We have formed and are developing a link with a Christian ministry in Spain. A further trip is planned for 09.
• Chas went on a support ministry trip to Cyprus in 08 where he spent a week with a Sri Lankan fellowship based there. Having built relationship with the team there, it is planned that we can continue to develop this link with further prayer and visits.
We are also a member of INet. iNet is a cooperative international missions effort owned and operated by a group of local churches in London. Their vision statement is 'local churches together in global mission'.
Each church is an independent charity in its own right, but together in iNet, they are able to support a wide variety of mission work. Currently iNet support over 33 adults in approximately 15 different countries.
